7th Mental Health session : Angel Paradise school, Tokha

Sept. 23, 2025

Under the 100 Mental Health Program – 7th Session, NSRC successfully conducted an engaging
and reflective session at Angel Paradise School, Tokha on 07 th of Ashoj 2082, where 20 teachers
actively participated in meaningful discussions centered on their roles in shaping student
experiences. The session encouraged educators to reflect on their attitudes toward students and
the impact these perspectives can have on learning and development.

The program further explored important themes such as labeling and its long-term consequences
on children’s confidence and behavior. Through real-life case studies and guided discussions,
teachers gained deeper insight into how everyday language, assumptions, and responses can
influence a student’s emotional wellbeing. A self-reflection activity was also conducted,
allowing teachers to pause, introspect, and reconnect with their own teaching experiences,
thoughts, and emotions.

This session marks another important step toward strengthening safe, inclusive, and supportive
learning environments where every student feels valued and understood. We extend our sincere
gratitude to Bright Mind Education Hub, Street to HOME, and Easy Learning for their
continuous partnership and support in this journey of creating a more compassionate and
mentally healthy Nepal.
