Psychological First Aid for First Responders

Oct. 8, 2026

When crisis strikes, first responders are often among the first to step forward. But behind every uniform is a human being-someone who also encounters fear, loss, uncertainty, and pain, yet continues to stand strong for others.

National Solution & Research Centre (NSRC) successfully conducted a Psychological First Aid (PFA) Training Session for First Responders at π‘«π’Šπ’”π’•π’“π’Šπ’„π’• π‘·π’π’π’Šπ’„π’† π‘Άπ’‡π’‡π’Šπ’„π’† π‘²π’‚π’—π’“π’†π’‘π’‚π’π’‚π’π’„π’‰π’π’˜π’Œ, π‘«π’‰π’–π’π’Šπ’Œπ’‰π’†π’, on 22nd Ashoj 2083.

The session focused on equipping first responders with practical skills to recognize distress, provide immediate psychological support, respond with empathy, and care for their own mental well-being while responding to crises.

NSRC extends its heartfelt appreciation to the APF and all participating first responders for their active engagement, dedication, and continued commitment to serving the community.
