Psychological First Aid At District Police Range, Lalitpur

The National Solution & Research Centre (NSRC) successfully conducted a Psychological First Aid (PFA) Training for First Responders at the District Police Range, Lalitpur.

The training focused on strengthening participants’ knowledge and practical skills to recognize psychological distress, provide immediate emotional support, respond with empathy, and connect individuals with appropriate support when needed. The session also emphasized the importance of self-care and psychological well-being for first responders, who are often exposed to challenging and stressful situations while supporting others.

Through interactive learning and practical discussions, participants explored ways to respond calmly and compassionately during times of crisis while maintaining their own well-being.

NSRC extends its heartfelt appreciation to the APF and all participating first responders for their active engagement, dedication, and continued commitment to serving the community.
